It's a good combination, low price, good food.

The MacDonald's has got a good service, fast and with a smile.
Question: Do you have some positive experiences of the visit to the Mc Donalds?
Yes, like I said before, The service is good, the price is low, that is what you need at a MacDonald's.
Question: Do you have some negative experiences of the visit to the Mc Donalds?
No, I once ordered a plane burger, but there were some things on it which my girlfriend didn't like. I complained about it and I got a new one directly.
Question: What is typical for Mc Donald’s, what is the difference with other fast food restaurants?
If you order a burger at the Burger King, there are many many things on it. A burger needs to have a lot of meat and maybe a little bit of salade or something. That is something the BurgerKing doesn't understand. It's strange, there are so many people at the Burger King. If you want a salade you would eat somewhere else, don't you think?
Question: Would you like to change or add something to Mc Donald’s?
At the Mac you do have Milkshakes, but ther are just few flavours. I would like to try some other flavours.
Question: Do you think advertising has an influence on your behavior?
No, I think that if you go and eat at the Mac, you do it because it is easy. If you have been there with some friends and you like it, you go back. They could better make the burgers cheaper instead of spending money for advertisement.
Question: What do you think Mac Donalds needs to improve to get more costumers?
I don't think the Mac needs more people, if it is to busy, other people go away. So just keep it like this. Then you also don't need to hire more employees.

Question: what do you think about the price/quality combination?
The MacDonald's has got very good meals, for no money. The products are not perfect, but what can you expect for just a few dollars.
Question: What do you think about the service?
The service is like working in a factory, they are not friendly at all, they just want to get as many as possible custumers in a short time.
Question: Do you have some positive experiences of the visit to the Mc Donalds?
Yes, I did. Ones I complained about my burger which was cold. The girl behind the desk didn't know what to do, so she called the manager. He directly gave me a new burger, for free.
Question: Do you have some negative experiences of the visit to the Mc Donalds?
The fries aren't as good a they could be. Sometimes they are cold and they put way to much salt on it. I think they do that so I thirsty and by something to drink.
Question: What is typical for Mc Donald’s, what is the difference with other fast food restaurants?
I don't think there are many differences between a Mac or a Burger King. Fastfood is everywhere the same.

They could change the fries.

Yes, I do think so. Advertising is the reason I am eating here.

I think it's a fault of the managers that the service is not good. If they hire better people, there would be more satisfied costumers, so they would come back faster.
