Question: what do you think about the price/quality combination?
It's a good combination. The quality of the food could be better. Sometimes I have the idea the vegetables aren't fresh.
Question: What do you think about the service?
The service is pretty good. Although they're not "really" friendly. They're just pretending to be friendly with their fake smile, but a good thing is that at the Mc Donald's they employees all can speak normal Englisch, at the Taco Bell or Wendy's there Englisch lituaraly sucks.
Question: Do you have some positive experiences of the visit to the Mc Donalds?
Yes. It's fast, you get your food very quick. It's cheap, you only pay a few dollars for a meal and it's relatively tasty.
Question: Do you have some negative experiences of the visit to the Mc Donalds?
The Mc Donald's is a very busy restaurant. Once I came there and there wasn't any place to sit down. I think that's something that should not happen too much.
Question: What is typical for Mc Donald’s, what is the difference with other fast food
restaurants?
The fast service. The Mc Donalds is the only restaurant where you get your food that quick. Especially the Mc Drive. In 2 minutes you get your food, that's a very good thing.
Question: Would you like to change or add something to Mc Donald’s?
I think the food is good, but the Mac Donald's isn't perfect. They should have more healthy products.
Question: Do you think advertising has an influence on your behavior?
Yes, of course. When they introduce a new product. I might go up there and try it and every time you here the name Mc Donald's you are going to think about the Mc Donald's, that's where they want to get to.
Question: What do you think Mac Donalds needs to improve to get more costumers?
I think they should make it more healthy. A lot of people won't go eat there because it's not healthy. So make some burgers more healty and other still the same. So everybody can choose.
