Question: what do you think about the price/quality combination?
I think it's a very good combination. We're from Holland so the meals are a lot cheaper here. In holland we pay something like 6 euro's for a meal. We just paid 6 dollars for a meal, so that's a big difference.
Question: What do you think about the service?
The service is not so good. We had to wait very long for our meals. We we're waiting for 10 minutes before we had something to eat. That is pretty long for a Mc Donalds. I can understand that when they're very busy, but we were the only customers.
Question: Do you have some positive experiences of the visit to the Mc Donalds?
I always enjoy the food. A lot of people say that the burgers are too cold and things like that but I don't mind. I just like the burgers a lot.
Question: Do you have some negative experiences of the visit to the Mc Donalds?
Yes, a few days ago, they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a Big Mac and they only gave me a hamburger. It wasn't a big problem, but it's the only negative experience I've had.
Question: What is typical for Mc Donald’s, what is the difference with other fast food restaurants?
I don't know really. The taste is the only thing that is typical for Mc Donalds I think. You can get the same meal anywhere else but it won't taste the same.
Question: Would you like to change or add something to Mc Donald’s?
No, not really. I like the food so I don't want them to change that. I suppose they could change the service.
Question: Do you think advertising has an influence on your behavior?
No, it doesn't. I eat a lot at the Mc Donalds and I don't think it's very good when I go and eat there more. So advertisement doesn't have any influence on my behavior.
Question: What do you think Mac Donalds needs to improve to get more costumers?
The service, that's the only thing I can complain about. When they improve that, I think that customers will come back sooner.
Because you are from Holland, what is the difference between Holland and the U.S.?
Cause it's hot over here, we need more drinks, so you can get a free refill. I though that the Mac would be much bigger over here, with more and extra food, but that's not true at all. In holland we even had more kinds of Mc flurries
